About Palworld Active Skills

Each Active Skill card shows its own element, Power and Cooldown exactly as recorded in the dataset, plus Power divided by Cooldown as a simple comparison ratio -- not a measured in-game damage value.

The Pals listed under each skill are the ones that naturally learn it by leveling up, with the level it unlocks at. Skills with many learners show a compact preview that expands to the full list.

Palworld Active Skills FAQ

What is an Active Skill in Palworld?

An Active Skill is a move a Pal can use in combat, with its own element, Power and cooldown. The current dataset lists 328 Active Skills.

What do Power and Cooldown mean on this page?

Power is the skill's listed base power value, and Cooldown is the number of seconds before that skill can be used again. Both are shown exactly as recorded in the current dataset for each skill.

Does higher Power automatically mean more damage?

Not by itself. A skill's actual damage also depends on its cooldown, elemental effectiveness against the target, and the Pal's own stats and passives, none of which this page combines into a single damage number.

What does "Power per cooldown second" mean?

It's Power divided by Cooldown in seconds -- a simple comparison ratio between skills, shown for reference only. It is not measured in-game DPS and does not account for elemental effectiveness, travel time or accuracy.

Which Pals learn a specific Active Skill?

Each skill lists every Pal that naturally learns it by leveling up, together with the level it's learned at, sourced from the current learnset data. Each Pal listed links to its own page.

Are all Active Skills naturally learned by a Pal?

No. 21 of 328 Active Skills in the current dataset have no Pal that naturally learns them by leveling up -- typically boss-exclusive or Skill Fruit-only skills -- and show no learner list.

What does the Skill Fruit marker mean?

93 of 328 Active Skills are recorded as having a Skill Fruit item in the current dataset, which this page marks separately from a skill's natural learnset.
